Athletes for Animals: Fuelled by Compassion

The Winnipeg Humane Society is thrilled to host our first ever Athletes For Animals: Fuelled by Compassion event at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. Join us to hear four world-class athletes share how compassion for animals, environmental issues, and social justice motivated them to change up their “game plan” and achieve optimal health, fitness, and podium worthy performances on a plant-based diet.

Athletes include World, Olympic, and Canadian figure skating champion Meagan Duhamel, American Olympic champion cyclist and Gamechanger Dotsie Bausch, renowned fitness expert and film director John Lewis, and body building champion and New York Times Best-selling author of “The Plant-Based Athlete”, Robert Cheeke.
