Curubandé All Star – Summer Salsa Patio Party + Food by Los Comales Morales

A quick search for Indestructible Latin Orchestra reveals a rich history of performances across Winnipeg and Western Canada. Now rebranded as Curubandé All Star, this powerhouse ensemble features the heavyweights of Winnipeg’s Latin music scene, including Rodrigo Muñoz (aka “Papa Mambo”), Amber Epp, and Jaime Chinchilla. Known for delivering authentic Afro-Latin genres like cumbia, salsa, and merengue, Curubandé guarantees an electrifying musical experience.

As Winnipeg’s premier All-Star salsa band, Indestructible Latin Orchestra, now Curubandé has graced the stages of major festivals throughout Western Canada, consistently headlining Latin night at the Winnipeg Jazz Festival in 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019. Most recently, in July 2024, they captivated audiences on the main stage of Thunder Bay’s Canada Day celebrations, organized by the City of Thunderbay. Since the summer of 2024 Curubandé has packed the Osborne Taphouse every single time!
