The Instructor

Trained initially through Modo Yoga International, Keith Macpherson is a certified professional yoga instructor with over 12 years of worldwide experience. He has continued developing his yoga practice both on the mat and off the mat, collaborating with instructors including Seane Corn, Baron Baptiste, and Bryan Kest. In addition to his teaching career, Keith is also a certified professional Co-Active life coach and recently released the best-selling book, Making Sense of Mindfulness.
