About the Artists:

Nicole Delichte: Specializes in sculptures depicting mystical creatures. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Nicole lives on a family farm near St. Alphonse, MB. She is a a certified Paverpol instructor and works creating commissioned pieces.

“My exhibition, Mystical Creatures, explores the beauty in make-believe, highlighting the power of women in folklore through different cultures. I aim for my audience to see the inner strength in each creation.”

Heather Martens Rempel: Focuses on mixed media artworks exploring new perspectives.

“Making art helps me see the world differently and feel centered. Monoprinting with a gel-plate is my favorite medium, using acrylic paint and various techniques to create texture. I use discarded items to raise awareness about overconsumption and enjoy creating beauty from ‘garbage’. My collages are inspired by travels and books, combining prints, photographs, and postage stamps. I love sharing this accessible medium with people of all ages and abilities.”
