Mark your calendars and get ready to join us for a glamorous evening with a powerful impact—Savour Greece: Wine & Food Experience, presented by Garcea Group of Companies, is taking place February 24, 2024, at the RBC Convention Centre. This year we invite you to get into the spirit of ‘kefi’*, put on your dancing shoes, and party with a purpose, as we visit Greece, a country known for its rich history, delicious food, and incredible wine.

Begin your evening with a Tasting Experience of fine wine, spirits, and beer, sponsored by Manitoba Liquor Marts, Tasting Experience Partner of Savour Greece. From there, guests will enjoy a delectable, Greek-inspired meal, followed by an exciting live auction and performances from The Big City All-Star Band which are sure to keep you on the dancefloor all night long!

Since 2009, our Savour partners and guests have generated over $5 million in support of vital initiatives at HSC. Last year alone, we raised over $938,0000, including $400,000 to improve patient care for those needing spine surgery through our Fund-A-Need auction.
