Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Annie Baker’s The Antipodes makes it Manitoba premiere with this crackling and elegant production from the local independent theatre company that presented the critically successful, sold-out run of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons in 2023, The 28th Minute.

Has humanity’s well of stories finally run dry?
As what appear to be the end times draws near, a group of confused writers has been assembled to follow up a smash hit with a new story that will meaningfully address the current global situation. A thrilling calamity with an cast of top-notch Manitoba talent helmed by the Winnipeg theatre veteran George Toles in the director’s chair, this is sure to be a CAN’T MISS production of one of America’s best writers currently penning for the stage.

Featuring Stanlee Arches, Joshua Banman, Jesse Bergen, Simon Bracken, Darcy Fehr, Justin Fry, Kevin Ramberran, Stephen Sim, Jane Walker, and Kerri Woloszyn with Stage Management and Designs from Monique Gauthier and Jane Hilder as well as costume coordination from Heather Roberts.

A hilarious and moving show that crackles straight through it’s 90 minute runtime!

Attendees should note this performance will not have an intermission.

Content Promises:
Some gore, a few loud noises, and language certain to disgust (most) grandparents.
